Independent supplement vetting — est. 2026
Half of supplements are underdosed.
We list the ones that aren’t.
Every product in our shop passed the NutriVeritas 20-second label test: exact doses printed on the label, standardized extracts, and third-party lab results you can check yourself.
The 3 things we check before anything gets listed
- Exact mg per serving on the label — no “proprietary blends”
- Standardized extracts for every herbal ingredient
- A third-party Certificate of Analysis you can actually access
Label-tested picks
A short list to start with — one honest pick per goal, reviewed by us.
The 20-Second Label Test
You don’t need a chemistry degree to avoid bad supplements. You need 20 seconds and three questions.
1
Does the label show exact mg per serving? If it hides behind a “proprietary blend”, put it back.
2
Are herbal extracts standardized? “Ashwagandha 5% withanolides” means something. “Ashwagandha root” alone doesn’t.
3
Can you find a Certificate of Analysis? Third-party lab results, accessible without emailing support.
How this site makes money — in plain words
When you buy through our links, you complete your order on the manufacturer’s secure page and we may earn a commission. It never changes your price, and it never changes our label test: products that fail it don’t get listed, commission or not. Full affiliate disclosure →
