What is Femin Plus?

Femin Plus is a food supplement in the form of a concentrated, neutral-tasting powder that dissolves easily in water or your favourite drink. It combines a high dose of natural plant fibres from carefully selected sources, with no added lactose. It is designed to complement a balanced daily routine and everyday digestive comfort.

• Micronised apple fibre — a natural fibre from apple skins that swells in the stomach and contributes to a feeling of fullness.
• Guar gum — a plant fibre with thickening properties that supports a feeling of satiety.
• Micronised flax fibre — supports normal intestinal transit and regularity.
• Oligofructose from chicory root — a prebiotic that supports the digestive system and gut flora.
• Inulin from chicory root — a natural prebiotic that supports a healthy balance of gut bacteria.
• Psyllium (ispaghula) husk — a soluble fibre that supports normal digestion.

Who is it for?

How to use

Dissolve one portion (5 g, about half a measuring scoop) in around 150–250 ml of water, stir well and drink immediately. May be taken up to three times daily. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
