What is Atlant Gel?

Atlant Gel is a food supplement formulated as a pre-workout preparation intended to support strength, endurance and training performance. Mixed into a shake and taken before exercise, it is designed to help prepare the body for intensive training and to support energy and focus during a workout.

Key ingredients

• Creatine (4000 mg) — may help support physical performance during short bouts of high-intensity exercise.
• Citrulline malate (3000 mg) — included to support blood flow and the muscle “pump” during training.

It is intended for active adults who train regularly — for example those doing strength, endurance or combat-sport training — and who want a pre-workout supplement to complement a structured training routine and balanced diet.

How to use

Add two scoops (approximately 15 g) to a shaker with 200 ml of milk or water and shake well. Drink once daily, about 15 minutes before training. Do not combine with other caffeine-containing products and do not take before bedtime.
