What is Royal Skin 500?

Royal Skin 500 is a food supplement built around adaptogenic plant extracts, minerals and B-group vitamins. It is designed to support the nervous system and help the body cope with the demands of a busy, stressful lifestyle, while contributing to the maintenance of everyday energy and vitality.

How to use

The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules, taken in divided portions — ideally one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, each with around 300 ml of water.
